If he's into CCGs at all(Magic:the Gathering, etc. I'd suggest Dominion or Ascension. If he's into a more interactive multiplayer game I'd go with Yomi, Flash Duel, or Puzzle Strike (all by the same guys but a lot of fun.) If he's more into building up an army of stuffs I'd say Race for the Galaxy or Eminent Domain. Oh and if you're looking for something of the Party Game Variety, I'd say Infernal Contraption.
I will admit I am a bit biased towards deckbuilders, as most of the games I've listed have at least some element. If he's played Dominion or Ascension and not liked either of them you can probably disregard everything I've said, with the possible exception of Yomi, Flash Duel and Infernal contraption as those are the ones that don't fall into the Deckbuilder category. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "BGG Down" group.
