I use Mayday almost exclusively for my sleeving and have never had any 
problems.  Yeah they aren't as high of quality as some other sleeves but 
for most cards it just isn't necessary to have that high of quality.  So 
I'd recommend Mayday for TI3.  Now if it is some deckbuilder or some other 
deck that is shuffled\abused a lot, then yes get better sleeves (I like FFG 
ones for that).
