"You often really don't know how long it will take." You often don't 
know... Which means sometimes you do know. Can't see how typing in an 
estimated number of hours takes up much time. Scarily I see a trend on this 
group that any suggestions to improve BGG are told that they are wrong and 
basically to quit their whining. How can a website ever improve itself with 
community that thinks it's above critcism?
