Maybe. I'm not sure what the mod has to do on their end, but if all they have to do is access the OLWLG, then that is up and running since it isn't on BGG's servers.
Which also means those that dragging their feet until the last minute can continue to submit. The OLWLG has already done its final sync with BGG, so it shouldn't require any BGG site data. All that said, we could see a delay if the mod deems it necessary.
