I actually tried it last night for the first time as well. We loved it! The cube tower did not disappoint. I did find after a test solo 2 player test to learn tre rules that flipping the two baffles in the tower helped. It created a former ledge due to the way the punchboard is shaped. This change seemed to help with some cubes being held back more often.
We actually did end up diversifying our actions in many rounds. There were often two or three colors to voids from. Sometimes more.
