I improved the layout of the Web Group start page to be easier to read
and have larger clickable areas for each site.
This changes the format of the html file a litte in a way that it
won't work with the existing French localisation, so I'm hesitant to
check the changes in.
Should I
a) just go ahead
b) add a heavy-handed update of the French localisation for the time
being
c) try to sort out the localisation first?
