I haven't seen that, but I'm not sure how much I've used it after installing the latest update. I've been having problems with URL caching in TeX Live Utility, though. Try calling [[NSURLCache sharedURLCache] removeAllCachedResponses] at startup, or maybe even before calling loadRequest: in FVWebViewIcon.
