This is malformed according to the man page for refer(1), which is what the refer parser is based on; it should use multiple %A tags, one for each author. EndNote uses a bastardized refer format, but it's not documented IIRC. The problem here is that in order to split on the comma, you have to assume that the names are ordered as "First von Last Jr".
