The Endnote format seems to be Refer, at least we recognize it as such (the Endnote one). However in refere authors are added as separate items AFAIK, rather than a single item with comma-separated names (which does not allow you to even properly enter certain names).
As for the "text" format, I'm not sure what it is supposed to be. It looks a bit like RIS, but misses some crucial parts (like the beginning end end). I don't think it's supposed to be a machine- readable format.
