There's no point in supporting biblatex until it's a final product, even if
it's possible. Jurabib would be a nightmare to support.

Use the version from latex2rtf project's svn. It supports utf8, and also
has some graphics sizing improvements.

Really? One reason I stick with latex2rtf is because it gives editable
equations, and doesn't convert them to pictures unless you tell it to. YMMV.
