v924 working fine here, thanks for the many improvements, all of them
very practical.

If I may suggest a feature in this thread, is it possible to get the
Address and Publisher fields on the same line? As in:

Author ______________________
Title ________________________
Address _____ Publisher ________
Year ________________________
etc.

I do not know if this is possible within the BD GUI but it seems to
make sense to me and would save some time when I enter books, when I
have to scroll down to Address -- and sometimes forget.
