Not in the web group ATM. You can add bookmarks in the New Publications from Web sheet though, which will appear in the URL combo box of the web group. I've just added the same support to the web group as well. We might want to rethink the management of bookmarks now that we have more web views in BibDesk, perhaps an extra menu and a window to manage them. But that won't be in 1.13.11.
