I would like to second that. I used to use the Ruby script, but it  
doesn't wok properly with iWork 08 documents,
so you have to save as iWork o6 each time, before running the script.  
And then, it gets screwed up with multiple
tags in one block.

I tried out the CiteinPages Applescript, and it worked much better.
The only annoyance is that the only tag to mark a citation that you  
can't use is the standard LaTeX tag, \cite{}
because Applescript (I think) chokes on it.
