Well, I think I know why you got those errors. You probably first auto-filed
your linked files and then run Convert File and URL Fields. Then the
converted files from the Local-Url fields could not be found, because they
were moved by the Auto-File process (note that Auto-File now works only on
the linked files, not on the Local-Url fields). You should have done the
opposite (first Convert, then Auto-File). Probably removing the Local-Url
fields using the Find&Replace panel also works, but it does not check
whether the files were really converted, so you may have lost some files.
You can add a Local File column to se if there are missing files.
