Doi fields are simply translated to URLs using the old mechanism, and
automatically added only if 1) the item has no linked files/URLs and
2) the generated URL was not yet linked. So adding the same URL twice
should never happen. Could it be that they were added by an early
nightly with the new file structure? If you can reproduce getting
duplicates for new items with the current release or current nightlies
that would be a bug that should be fixed.
