I have one main bib file, from which I extract (drag&drop) the relevant items for each article i am writing, into their own bib files ; makes it easier for storing/sorting/searching purposes, as well as when it comes to hand in .tex+.bib to publishers.
I guess I could just use a link to the main file, or copy the entire file in the articles' directories, but I do quite a bit of travelling, and change computer every now and then, from lab to home, etc. Best, ----- Etienne Le 21 mars 08 à 00:57, Derick Fay a écrit : > I have been using a single document to manage all of my references > (1100 and counting, with some 800 orphaned files that I need to get > around to adding), mostly because I haven't seen obvious advantages > to using separate documents & I'd be concerned about synchronization > if I got into a situation where I had the same pub. in two different > bibliographies.
