They're inserted in BibDesk's selection/sort order, so the order you
see in the list is the order you'll get.  This has always been the
case.

So this may be a major drawback, since anyone would like to see the
citations order as they appear in the paper. Cteinpages solved this
problem

Perhaps I misunderstood.  Please clarify with an example.
