Hi,
If you have more questions regarding LaTeX and BibTeX in general, you
might want to consider signing up for the mailinglist tex on mac os x
([EMAIL PROTECTED]). This list here is more concerned with
BibDesk.app, the program itself.
As Christiaan already pointed out the solution to your problem is
basically to understand how the tex structure on your HD works.
In your personal Library you should have a folder called texmf. This
is where ALL additions to your tex distribution (which is located
somewhere else depending on the distribution you are actually using) go.
In fact, it is important to know which distribution you are using
(teTeX, gwTeX, MacTeX 2007, MacTeX 2008) as this in a way determines
which packages are pre-installed. So you might not have to manually
install the chicago style at all - it may already be there.
As this is really not the right list for a longer discussion of this
issue feel free to contact me directly if Christiaan's reply did not
solve your problem and you need further assistance or consider taking
it to the other list mentioned above.

Good luck,

Alex
