Not sure exactly what you'd want AppleScript to do. It cannot know  
what to set the Address field to. You can show dialogs and get/set  
fields in AppleScript.

Auto-complete only works in the detail editor, it's not available to  
AppleScript.

I think the easiest way to do this is to create a smart group that  
filters out all book items with an empty address, and fill in the  
details manually.
