No, that's not feasible. A big difference between BibDesk and iTunes
is that the latter has a fixed number of fields, while BibDesk has
dynamical fields, that basically makes it impossible to add such a
feature (apart from the fact that it would require an enormous code
rewrite that no one would be willing to do).
