Heh, that's also my experience with Dutch localizations, so I also
always use English. I only shortly changed the localization for a
short while to get a feeling for standard terms when I was writing the
Dutch localization for Skim, and I found it rather annoying to use.
Moreover, I think the value of a localization for BibDesk is somewhat
limited, because many terms can't be localized as they're part of the
bibtex data (field names).

Actually, I always stay far away from German computer systems, they
use so awkward terms and translations are rarely really well done
and this only invites ugly language mixing. Sorry, not interested.
