When you edit a publication
        click on "publication" in the menu and then "add item"
        you can not easily create an ISBN field for that publication.
If you want it as a standard field for all book, go to preferences and then
        fields
        add "isbn" as a custom bib field

you can import Google Scholar results (see help). Books I don't think you can
