Dear BibDesk developer(s),
I've been using TextMate for several years now for (Xe)LaTeX and typesetting
complex history documents. It has been absolutely magical to be able to
complete citations from within TM without opening BibDesk, via the
BibDeskTMCompletions script which I put in my ~/bin folder. Thank you.
This still works great in TM 1.5, but not in TM 2 alpha which I'm testing. I'm
not sure why it doesn't work in TM 2 alpha. It may be that tooltips are not
working yet because it's an alpha, or perhaps I need to point TM 2 or the Latex
bundle file to my bib files location. I've asked the question on the TM
list-serve but didn't get an answer to that particular question. I'll try again.
I'm bringing this to your attention in case you have a suggestion. TM 2 has two
particular advantages for me (among many) and I'd like to switch to using it:
one, a browser window from which I can start TeXShop on whatever file I want to
work on (with latexmk giving me automated processing), two, the ability to
input various scripts in proper fashion (Greek, Hebrew, etc.).
Thanks for your attention,
--Gildas Hamel
