This appears to be less of a Bibdesk question and more of a LaTeX question.

That being said, Biblatex includes a origpubin field 
(ftp://www.ctan.org/ctan/macros/latex/exptl/biblatex/doc/biblatex.pdf, page 
234) so you might want to try one of the Biblatex styles to see if it fits your 
citation needs.
