You mean you use "RTF description" from the popup?

How the citation comes out depends on the bibtex style, not so much about the 
latex style. I think you need a modified version of apalike.bst, because 
apalike.bst this does not include the abstract. For instance, I found a 
modified style hogg.bst on the web that seems to do this.

Not necessarily in one step.

As an alternative, you may try to write a template that does what you want. But 
that may be much harder.
