Thanks for fixing Springer! 

IUCr looks tricky indeed but SIAM and ScienceDirect are as simple as Springer, 
as explained in my last email, and considering their importance, it would be 
nice to have them supported. 

As for IEEE, I can get the citation without any special access: there is a 
panel on the left, a bit down the page, with a “Download Citation” link. 
Clicking on it brings a panel from which to choose the format of citation to 
download. BibTeX does actually not work for me but RIS does.
