The color label is a color you can give to the roe of an item. It can be
displayed in a column but also is shown by the row itself. You can apply
the color using the color panel.
To see the read status or rating just add a corresponding column using
green the main submenu or the contextual menu of the table header.
There is no support for displaying info about Skim notes in the main table.
The file columns do have a contextual menu item to view the notes.
