I managed to restore my bibdesk-pocketbib-Goodreader Workflow! 1. Setting up a WebDavServer using the app "WebDAVNav Server" from the macos appstore. 2. Connecting my still existing old copy of Pocketbib via WebDAV to a folder that contains both the .bib-file and the PDFs in a subfolder. 3. Done. Only disadvantage so far: The IPad and my MacBook need to be in the same local network (WLAN), but that's ok.
