Wow...sounds good. If I have make comments, I really agree with Mrs.
/Miss Lies Sudianti. Practice makes perfect.

As per my experience, previously I was work with many expatriate where I
should communicate with my working partner using English language. It's
mean I have to explore and learn many words, spelling, listening,
grammatical structure to make the communication get better. And it
works. But now, people surround me just using Bahasa even the expatriate
(mostly from Philippine) use our language. It cause my English become
down.

Just to ensure it will not lose sometimes I try to speak with people by
English even just couple words

Hope this experience will encourage people more learn foreign language
such as English, Chinese or others.

Good Luck to you all

Thank You

Always keep forward

Dear Agiel,

I am glad that my email about the power of practising in this mailing
list has been responded by you. Before I continue my email I would like
to explain that actually I am the founder and moderator of a mailing
list called the PROFEC (the Professional @ Entrepreneur Club). We used
to use Thursday for English Day, means that we encourage members to
communicate in English during that day.

Our key point is just practise, no need to be perfect because the main
purpose is recalling our memory about our English mastery which have
been learnt by us since junior high school even from elementery school.

Therefore I am not the one who entitle to correct your sentences or
vocab because I am also still in learning process, just continue to
practise until we feel relax in communicate in English and at that time
our interest to this language will automatically attract our intention
to pay attention to those who are communicating in television or reading
english newspaper and other English articles.

I invite you to join our mailing list the Profec so you can practise
your English together with us, if agree pls send empty email to

Topik: [Bicara] The Power of Practise

Dear all,

Good morning every body, sorry if today I greet all of you in English,
because in the PROFEC Thursday is the day for practising our English
mastery. Why we push every body to spend time once a week to practise
our English mastery, because without routine practise we will forget it.
Actually we have learnt English language since junior high school, even
elementry school and we have been practising it for more than six years
but what happened today, some still keep this mastery because they are
working with foreign company or their position urged them to use English
for communication with clients or suppliers but how about the others?
Some still can understand if people talk in English but they face
difficulty in replying it althouh they understand but the remaining have
lost all memory because never practising it in their daily life.

I have learnt four language during studied, English, Dutch, German,
France and since I am a Javanese I also accustomed with Java language
since baby but what happened after so many years...... I lost everything
except my English because I still used it when working for Nissan Motor
Company which is a foreign company. But now.... since no urgency of
using this language anymore my reflection to this language become weaker
and weaker and I am sure if I didn't push myself to spend some times to
practise this language I will loose too from my memory.

Practising is not only important for learning language but for
everything, if you are a good cooker but you never cook you will loose
this expertise too so your other expertise, it will become history if
you don't practise it consistently.

So from now on, please take times to practice your expertise and I am
sure with this you can become a professional. I know my English is not
perfect but I don't bother cause this is not our mother language, people
will understand.

Let's have fun today

Warm regards,

Lies Sudianti
