I'll second those handlebar mounted B&M mirrors Peter sells.  I put
one on for a tour last winter and have yet to take it off.  No
vibration problems.  Easy to adjust, and re-adjust after leaning
against a wall.

I have the short reach arm.  Wish I had the long reach.
