I've gotten fairly sloppy housing cuts with my cable cutter (also Park), so i usually use a regular sidecutter pliers for housing. That's for typical brake housing, not SIS, for which i use the cable cutter. I'll usually file then end a bit to even the ends, then use a nail or awl to open up the inner plastic liner.
