I considered a Mittlemeyer grip, but ultimately went with swept back
bars on my Rohloff bike. It appears to be a great product. But at
least a couple years ago it was very hard to locate in the U.S.
Perhaps Peter White might consider carrying?

By the way, there was a good article in Outside Magazine about cycling
in Israel. The author made frequent mention of the security issues.
Nevertheless, the scenery and history he describes on the ride make it
all seem worthwhile.
