Just to track so it doesn't get lost...
The official 4.0 Solr release is a bit delayed, there were a couple of bugs
that had to be fixed so it'll be re-spun shortly, SOLR_SITE needs to be updated
to the official 4.0 release when it's released which should be mid month or so.
