...I think unless we all, rise above the caste, creed and religion, I do not see a change in Bihar. Now people do not get surprised when the power is gone for hours togather. No one talks about non existant services. Every one has taken us for granted. I do not blame leaders alone. There is a saying which goes like.........."You get the leader you deserve....." .......There is nothing new..
