Excellent thoghts, But creating another Political Parties rateher easy said
then done.
I don't want to discourage you but success of any party requires Steely
determiantion and toiling for years , you just observe how much time and
resources the estatblished parties like Congress , BJP have taken to reach,
where they are.

Rather I would say to start with, the most important thing is to vote . Our
educated class is not a Vote Bank therefore established parties don't care
about them.

First create a Vote Bank and then system itself will take care for creation
of politcal party of educated ones.
