I spotted a brand new low floor bus, #5503 with a bike rack today on the route 88.
Unfortunately for SEPTA operations they cannot throw me off by mixing and matching buses. That bus happens to have a short layover in plain view of my front yard (Holme and Convent) and does a 5 minute loop before it comes back to pick up passengers bound for the EL.
