The Delaware Valley Regional Planning commision has posted a trails database GIS map online. It provides location and information for existing and proposed trails in the region. http://www.dvrpc.org/mapping.htm and click on "Trails Clearinghouse", there is also an tutorial on how to use the online mapping interface on this page.
