You're the second person in two days to suggest this (the other was some guy
I was talking to at work about LePine/Falk's toll booth on the Cap City
Trail). I think we should propose toll booths for suburban motorists as a
potential funding source, instead of Ken LePine's toll booth or other plans
that reward sprawl, SOV driving, and other diseases of the motoring
crowd--more parking ramps, more lanes, etc., etc., ad nauseam.
