I assume that these North Beltline meetings are purposefully planned to be held in places that are inaccessible to those who will be most negatively affected by these hideous multi-lane sprawl developments (i.e., residents of our older neighborhoods).
I have no idea what the agenda is, (being in an unreadable attachment rather than in universally readable email text).
