Survey respondents could request that the two state agencies who were warned
numerous times over the past several years, by citizens and staff alike, to
stop importation of untested animals, and to ban the feeding by humans that
congregates deer and makes diseases like CWD apt to spread rapidly, namely
DATCP and DNR, at the very least, issue orange cycling jerseys to every
person who requests one, and in whose name there exists any licensed bicycle
with any local or state licensing authority.

Then perhaps the legislature could make it legal to shoot deer from a moving
bicycle during this 5-year eradication period, so can get the ones that run
out of the woods and across the bike-paradiso roads of northern Iowa County
... Or is the intertwining of theses two issues, deer health and bicyclist
safety, making me very dizzy??
