when dates are settled, we'll be running warnings for bikers and hikers. Check the Recreation Notes Wednesdays in Daybreak, as well as stories in the A section and Local sections, for updates.
At this time, it looks like the proposals will be voted on by the DNR's Natural Resources Board in June, and kills may not begin until the Fall.
