Not only is your argument logical, Steve, but, as my brother in law (a real
estate lawyer) points out, if driving drunk is illegal (and the legal limit
is lowered to .08 BAC as it probably will be eventually, meaning many folks
would be over the limit with just one drink), then why are bars required to
have parking lots?
