it seems like those who pay taxes should get some benefit from them. since bike riders don't use the roads them why is there a big controversy about bike trails? it would seem that if they get no special tax exemption check box on their return there should be some value to their tax dollar. if they ride and not frive then why should they have to pay a separate user fee. it's already paid. i don't see why i have to pay for the same govenrment service more than once. motor vehicle fees are for the support of the dmv not for the maintenance of roads. taxes pay for the roads, peddlers pay for that too, don't they. how is it that they get little if any benefit then(my opinion). i must be confused but seems like those with the least protection should get the right of way. i think that might be a law or something, right? oh well, maybe abe lincoln was wrong and those who have the might are the one's who are right, right? oh that's right, but this is amerika, isn't it?
