Two separate, but related matters about this event. 1) Bike Fed is sharing a table in the outside hallway with the City of Madison. Ellen Pillsbury and I will be staffing the table, but we would love to take a break and wander around. If anyone is planning on being at the Swap or in the area and would be willing to fill in for an hour..... We would need help in the 8 am - 1 pm range. Let me know when you can help.
2) You don't know what the Swap is? Well.... you really should check it out. Anyone wishing to get some great bike gear at VERY cheap prices - new, used, vintage, clothes, full bikes, components, commuter, recreation, racing.... this is the place. The Swap benefits the Brazen Dropouts race team and is held at the Alliant Center Expo Building from 9am - 4pm, but everything is pretty much over by noon or 1 pm.
