Speaking of pedestrians, does anyone know who we call re: sidewalk obstructions? A neighboring house has overgrown grapevines covering at least half the sidewalk. I can barely get through walking, much less with a wheelchair or stroller. I'd talk to the owner but it's a rental and I don't know who the landlord is.
