I agree with Arthur. I think East Washington should have continuous bike lanes from the square past East Towne to Sun Prairie. We should do it right.
I have been able to bike to East Towne using a very zig zag route, but I don't think I've ever biked to Sun Prairie. Do they allow bikes there? If it is the fastest growing city, they need bikers. I'd like to bike there. I hear they have a toy store.
