In an earlier message, I commented that Quebec was probably the only place where right
turn on red was universally prohibited. I misspoke (and I think I did see it in the
news this spring, but forgot about it). Right turns on red except where specifically
prohibited and on the island of Montreal have been legal since April. Sorry for the
error.
