I had some excitement today involving my stolen bike!

One other person and myself got a good look at a young man fleeing on my bike (as I was chasing him on foot) from in front of East High into the Northport/Packers area. I am absolutely sure it was my bike as I saw it up close.
Description of suspect:
African-American Male, 15-19 years old.
5�6-5�11
Weight: about 140 lbs.
Some kind of black head covering.
Gold Earring.
Wearing a red(mostly)/black light sports jacket (one of those silky looking ones) and black pants.
He has removed the rear red reflector and lowered the seat since it was stolen. Based on where was last seen fleeing, it is likely he lives in the area near Northport and Packers.
