Right on Mineral Point Rd near the future research park is a developer's sign
signifying the future site. About 30 feet behind that is a brown sign with white lettering
saying, "Welcome to the Upper Sugar River Watershed", which should probably
be updated to correctly read "Say Goodbye to the Upper Sugar River Watershed". )-:
