I'm puzzled. Anderson and Fair Oaks don't intersect. Anderson is the
street that goes along the edge of the airport and to MATC. It goes
between International (i.e., the airport access road) and US51, not
between Fair Oaks and US51. (Fair Oaks goes from Atwood to Milwaukee
Street to Washington Avenue.)
Yes, eastbound Anderson does indeed narrow to one lane, somewhere around
the golf course, after starting as two lanes coming off International.
